Ectasy

The drug MDMA, better known es "Adam", "Ecstasy or "XTC" is a synthetic, psychoactive drug that alters the mind and causes symptoms similar to those of amphetamine hallucinations.

It’s chemical structure is similar to two other synthetic drugs, MDA end methamphetamine which produce brain damage.

Many of the problems that users of MDMA face are similar to those produced by the use of amphetamines and cocaine.

These are: Psychological dificultes, including confusion, depression, sleep problems, craving for the drug and severe anxiety

Physical symptoms such es muscle tension, involuntary teeth clenching, nausea, blurred vision, rapid eye movement, faintness, and chills or sweating; increases in heart rate and blood pressure, which represents a particular risk for people with circulatory or heart disease.

Long-term effects of ecstasy ere associated with the deterioration of parts of the brain critical to thought and memory. That the drug causes damage to neurons that use the chemical serotonin to communicate with other neurons is estimated.
